Home Health Check
We provide you with a full home health report once every quarter. We open doors, windows and water taps, check for leaks and fumes, and possibly insects. We make sure every works such as electrical equipment, internet, lighting etc. We also check the air-conditioning (heating/cooling) and the hot water settings.
Mail Handling Services
We empty your mailbox for you to make sure your home looks occupied and personally mail important mail to you/your lawyer or keep it stored in our office. We can do this for a extra fee, depending on the property
Key Holding Services
We are your eyes and ears here in Spain. If you need any insurance work to be executed or any other visits are scheduled, we can quickly visit your Property when we have your key at our safe office location. Family and friends can also easily pick up the key at our office for their holiday.
